Recently I’ve been asked to return to one of my other passions outside of the kitchen – writing. Ever since I was young, I’ve loved to write. Like cooking, it has been a great escape for me. As I got older, I was able to hone my skills into a career that landed in my journalism and writing for print, radio and broadcasting.
Now, years later, I’m writing again – this time, about all things food related. Everything from food trends and topics, to recipes and food products. Alongside the talented writers of Life in Pleasantville, I’m finding a way to combine two things I love doing.
